I don’t usually do reviews but this urgent care is well deserving! I Called as a walk in for a family member. When we arrived the young man at the front desk was polite and informative. Their check in process was efficient. We were called I. 10 min. The staff is approachable and professional. The facility is super bright & clean. Positive experience and I’ll be referring other family and friends!

I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit. The medical staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate from the moment I arrived. The doctor quickly assessed my condition, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. Their expertise and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the prompt, efficient, and personalized care I received. 9/2/25 I had a follow-up call from Paul the Manager and we discussed my visit I felt so grateful that he would take the time to contact me. Level up you certainly one me over with Paul's call today and your expedient service in addressing my illness, thanks for exemplifying my definition of "stellar and caring" service! Immaculent, professional, excellent patient service and my favorite "quick!" A quick note, when I attempted to open the doors for a 10am appointment they were both locked and I had to knock on the doors for access it surely didn't make me feel warm and cozy and there was no apologies from the young lady at the desk, she also took a phone call and made me stand in front of her and wait to the point that I went and sat down to wait until she was through with no apologies so I critiqued my 5 star to 3 star. Good service has to be stellar and consistent at the front desk and "she definitely wasn't the one, find a better person and replace her. 0(

Great staff. Excellent wait Time, did not wait too much in the office. Enough seats and TV for entertainment. Doctors are on point and reception Ramon is the best.

This is a very caring place. Everyone was so nice & caring. Thank you doctor Ryan for your concern for my treatment. My high blood pressure is now, under control because of your wisdom & knowledge. My regular doctor couldn't get it right. Thanks again for everything.

Great place. Staff was very helpful and Dr. Ryan is an amazing doctor. Once I told him the reason for my visit, he had all necessary testing ordered. Will definitely return. ZR

I had the best experience at Level up MD in Bloomfield NJ. The staff was good at the front desk but what made my 1st time experience even better is Christina. She was very warm and personable. Something you need when you're not feeling well. Very fast and efficient. I will make this my go to urgent care.
